Private Ministerial Association (PMA)
How it works.
Cottonwood Hill Ministry is a "Private Ministerial Association". In order to obtain any of our products you must join our ministry and become a member. To do this, you must read and sign our PMA Application and provide your yearly donation costs. This application protects your rights as consumers along with our rights as providers. All applications must be signed, and membership donations paid before your first pick up.
What does it cost?
The initial membership donation is $50 for the first year and then $25/year for your renewal thereafter. Upon paying your membership donations you will then have access to any and all of our products here on the farm. Pricing for individual products will vary.
Subscription vs. non-subscription
Subscription Members are guaranteed milk every week. However many gallons a week your family consumes you would receive on a weekly basis. All subscription members will come on the same day (Mon-Sat), every week, between the hours of 1:00-7:30pm and receive milk at $14/gallon or $7/half gallon.
Non-subscription members only have access to any excess milk produced on our farm and must be picked up by appointment only until our Member's Market is up and running. Non-subscription members pay $16/gallon or $8/half gallon.
