Chicken
We offer our pastured meat chickens twice a year (spring & fall). Our birds are raised in bottomless tractors that are moved to fresh grass daily. They are fed an organic soy free, non-GMO ration and finished with raw milk for the last 2 weeks. This gives them an exceptionally sweet taste that everyone will love! We offer our chickens whole or cut up, if interested in either of these please contact us to reserve yours today!

Beef
Our beef is 100% grass fed with no growth hormones or implants and no preventative antibiotics. Our pastures and hay fields consist of Orchard, fescue, Timothy, clover as well as Alfalfa. We offer our beef by the quarter, half and whole orders. All of our beef is processed through Blair Meat Market, once it's been delivered you are responsible to contact them to arrange and pay for processing. We also have beef available in our Market during market hours.

Pork
We raise our pork during the summer and butcher in the fall. Our pork is raised outdoors, in the dirt and grass. They are fed an organic soy free ration and finished with raw milk for the last 3 weeks. This gives the meat an exceptionally sweet taste for all to enjoy! All of our pork is processed through Blair Meat Market, once it's been delivered you are responsible to contact them to arrange and pay for processing.
